How do you stop Avocados from going brown?

Natavo has developed a process, a technology and a machine which stalls or turns off the browning enzyme in the avocado fruit. (enzymatic browning).

We’ve patented the technology globally so we can’t say anymore other than our product is 100% natural – nothing added.

How is it different to other IQF Avocado products?

  • Existing IQF avocado product is dipped in citric or ascorbic acid – Natavo Avocado is 100% natural, nothing added.
  • We believe our product is the closest product to fresh avocado on the market and we actively compete with fresh avocado.

How long can I use it after defrosting?

You can use Natavo Avocado for up to 10 days after defrosting if the product is defrosted out of the plastic bag and kept refrigerated away from UV light.
